水力旋流分离器在含聚合物污水处理中的试验研究

摘    要:水力旋流分离器是近年来发展起来的一种新的油水分离设备,它同重力分离设备相比,具有体积小、重量轻、分离效率高、结构紧凑、工艺简单、操作费用低等特点。本文对旋流器的工作原理以及在河南油田双河联合站含聚合物污水中的现场放大试验情况进行了介绍,该项技术目前已在河南油田污水处理系统中得到了推广应用。

Abstract:Waterpower, separator is a kind of new equipment used for separating oil and water that has been developed in recent years. Comparing with gravity splitting equipment, it has some advantages as follows: less volume, light weight, high splitting efficiency, structure compact, technology simple, operating cost low. The working principle of separator as well as enlarge test in polymer sewage disposal at Shuanghe gathering station in Henan oil field have been introduced in this paper. This technology has been already gotten popularizing application in Henan oil field in the system of sewage disposal.
