DDG—1型多路智能流量积算控制仪

DDG—1型多路智能流量积算控制仪由MCS—51单片机构成。它可作为一般的多路积算仪,也可在温度、压力变送器配合下,对介质的温度与压力进行检测,并运用高精度的数学模型实现流量的自动补偿与积算。另外,它还具有自动诊断功能,当仪表出现故障时,就会通过声光报警。本文介绍其工作原理,自动补偿原理以及应用软件。

DDG-1 MULTICHANNEL INTELLIGENT FLOW INTEGRATOR/CONTROLLER

DDG-1 multichannel intelligent flow integrator/controller is made from MCS-51 monolithic computer. Generally, it is used as a multichannel integrator. With the aid of temperature sensor and pressure transducer,it can real-timely detect the medium temperature and pressure. Using the highly precise mathema tical model the flow can be automatically compensated and integrated. Besides, the function of automatic diagnosis enables it to detect the faults of the instruments by acousto-optic alarming. The working principle, automatic compensating principle and application software are presented in the paper.
