Detection of trace elements in black agarics in Qinba mountain areas

Abstract:To provide scientific reasoning for people's healthy diet and the consumption of black agarics, the relationship between the nutritional and medical values of black agarics and their trace element contents in Qinba mountain areas is studied. After the microwave digestion, the contents of Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Ca ,K and Na in black agarics are detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) ,with Std Dev(RDS) 〈 1.85% and recovery ratio 97.7% - 102.0%. The above results prove the existence of high contents of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in black agarics, and justify the rich nutritional values and great health care functions of black agarics.
