| Abstract: | Soy bean can be made a good use. With soy bean as the raw material,hot pepper sauce, hot pepper sauce with garlic pieces, hot pepper sauce with sesame, hot pepper sauce with mushroom, hot pepper sauce with shrimp - roe or dried shrimp and hot pepper sauce with clam can be produced. This article explains the raw materials,technological process, ingredients, operating points and products features of the six soy sauces respectively in detail. |
