摘    要:从焦化废水生物处理池的活性污泥中筛选出脱色能力较强的3株芽孢杆菌。考察了细菌处理焦化废水时,接种量、温度、pH值、处理时间和土壤液添加量等对脱色效率的影响,获得了菌株1、菌株2、菌株3脱色的最佳条件为:接种量的体积分数均为10%,温度均为35℃,pH值分别为6.0、6.0、7.0,土壤液添加量的体积分数分别为0.4%、0.3%、0.2%。在此脱色条件下,经过3d的处理,3株菌可以将焦化废水的色度由811倍分别降低到188、154、108倍,脱色率分别为76.8%、81.0%、86.7%。色度的降低符合一级动力学方程,研究结果为高色度焦化废水的深度处理提供了新的技术途径。

Abstract:Three Bacillus strains with high decoloration performance were isolated from the activated sludge of the coking wastewater biological treatment tank.The effects of bacterial load,temperature,pH value,reaction time and amount of soil extract solution on the decoloration efficiency in the treatment of coking wastewater by Bacillus strains were investigated,and the optimal condition for the decolorization by strain 1,strain 2 and strain 3 were found,namely,the volume fraction of the bacterial load was 10%,the temperature was 35 ℃,the pH value were 6.0,6.0 and 7.0 respectively,the volume fraction of the soil extract solution were 0.4%,0.3% and 0.2% respectively.After a 3-day treatment by the said three strains under the above condition,the colority of the coking wastewater was decreased from 811 times to 188,154 and 108 times respectively,the decoloration rates were 76.8%,81.0% and 86.7% respectively.The decrease of the colority accorded with the first-order kinetics equation.The investigation result provided a new technique for advanced treatment of high colority coking wastewater.
