脉冲电沉积Ni/纳米SiC复合镀层硬度的研究

摘    要:采用直流和脉冲电镀法制备Ni/纳米SiC复合镀层,用显微硬度计测试了镀层的硬度。实验结果表明,在同一电镀液中,脉冲电镀得到的Ni/纳米SiC复合镀层比直流电镀获得的Ni/纳米SiC复合镀层结晶更细致、硬度更高。

Abstract:Ni/Nano-SiC composite coatings are prepared on the copper substrates separately by the direct current plating and pulse plating. The hardness of the coatings are studied by the Micro-sclerometer. The experimental results show that the crystal of the coatings deposited by impulse current is more elaborate than those by direct current, under the same conditions the hardness of the coatings is also higher.
