万能孔型轧制高精度重轨的研究

摘    要:阐述了目前市场急需的高质量重轨必须实现高精度轧制,我国现有重轨厂采用二辊孔型轧制难以满足要求。轧制高精度重轨的最好办法是使用万能精轧孔型;研究了万能轧机尺寸、孔型数量和孔型形状对重轨尺寸精度的影响,并在实验室进行了万能孔型轧制高精度重轨实验。

Abstract:The high quality heavy rail must be produced by high precision rolling technology. The conventional technology of 2-H mill adopted in our country is difficult to produced it. The universal pass is the best method of rolling high precision heavy rail. The paper studied the influence factors, such as mill size, pass number and shape, on the rail size precision and carried out the test.
