摘    要:通过在发酵培养基中添加琼脂、可溶性淀粉、明胶、壳聚糖等水溶性高分子物质制备改性细菌纤维素,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)、万能材料测试机等检测手段对改性细菌纤维素的结构、形态特征及物理性能进行研究。结果发现:琼脂、可溶性淀粉、明胶均在一定程度上对合成的细菌纤维素的强力和结构有一定的影响,而壳聚糖由于本身具有抑菌作用,它的添加抑制了细菌的生长,基本上不能合成纤维素。通过TGA分析证实改性细菌纤维素中添加物的存在。

Abstract:The modified bacterial cellulose (BC) was produced during the static fermentation in the presence of water-soluble polymer materials including agar, soluble starch, gelatin and chitosan. The structure and physical properties of the modified bacterial cellulose were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and a force test equipment. The results showed that both the mechanical strength and structure were changed by adding agar, soluble starch and gelatin. Chitosan exhibited negative effects on the synthesis of BC membrane due to its inhibition effect to the growth of bacteria. The BC modifications by adding the polymer materials were proved through TGA analysis.
