近红外光谱成像分析技术的应用进展

摘    要:近红外光谱成像是近年来快速发展起来的一种新的分析手段,尤其在化学成分分析和污染物的空间分布测定方面,近红外图像技术具有实现快速、无损、原位、在线分析的特点。通过近红外图像不但能够得到生物组织和化学成分的清晰轮廓和分布信息,而且可以通过化学计量学方法实现对特定目标成分的定性和定量分析。本文简要介绍近红外光谱成像技术的原理、应用和发展特点,图像光谱的前处理方法,图像提取所需化学特征信息的化学计量学算法,以及近红外成像分析技术在医药领域,农业和食品等领域最新的应用和研究进展。

Abstract:Near-infrared (NIR) spectral imaging has proven to be a powerful method in the field of chemical analyses and contaminated material detection.Express nondestructive and on line analyses can be achieved by NIR imaging technology.Clear contour as well as chemical distribution of the biological issue and inorganic material is able to be viewed and consequently the qualitative and quantitative analyses for the target components can be obtained by employing the chemometrics algorithms.Mechanism of NIR imaging is described in this review,secondly common spectral pretreatments and foremost algorithms for extracting chemical information are presented.Lastly,applications of NIR spectral imaging analyses in all fields are reviewed.
