| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of melamine in milk products has been developed.Melamine was determined by using C18 and strong cation mixture filled chromatographic column and DAD detector.The pretreatment of the method was simple,and no ion-pair reagents were needed in mobile phase.The method is proved to be simple,rapid,and accurate for the detection of melamine in milk products. |
