| 摘 要： | 介绍了一汽铸造有限公司铸造一厂、铸造二厂的型砂配制工艺和型砂性能控制过程,对比两个工厂的实际情况,指出了型砂检测频次及型砂膨润土含量稳定性对型砂性能的影响,并从型砂的组成和混碾状况两方面提出了控制型砂性能的具体措施。
