摘    要:合成麝香具有生物富集作用,环境中难降解,在被广泛应用于个人护理品的同时,其带来的环境污染及对人体健康的影响也越来越受到人们的关注。固相微萃取在合成麝香分析中主要作为萃取手段,具有操作简便、快速、溶剂消耗少、易与其他技术联用等优势。本文对固相微萃取用于分析环境、人体、生物体、化妆品4个领域中合成麝香的情况进行概述,对具体实例进行分析比较,并对其应用前景进行展望。

Abstract:Synthetic musks are extensively used as fragrance components in a wide range of consumer and personal care products.In recent years,they have received growing attention by people because of their widespread environmental presence,long-term environmental effects and influence on human healthy.Solid phase microextraction(SPME) is an important extraction method of synthetic musks with the advantages of simple,rapid, solvent consumption and easy to use with other technologies.The application of SPME for synthetic musks analysis in environmental,human tissues,organisms and cosmetics are briefly introduced in this paper.Some comparisons between specific examples as well as the prospects of this method are also presented.
