| 摘 要： | 本文采用Dionex ICS-3000离子色谱仪、CarboPac~(TM) PA1糖分析柱测定葡萄糖和山梨醇。该方法分析快速、重复性好,相对偏差能达到1.483%,回收率达97.6%,检出限为0.07mg/L。

| Abstract: | The determination of sorbitol and glucose were analyzed using Dionex ICS- 3000 ion-exchange chromatography,CarboPac~(?)PA1 analysis volume.The method was rapid and reproducible.The variation standard was 1.483% and the recovery was97.6%. The minimum determination limit was 0.07 mg/L. |
