船用吊舱式电力推进系统支柱铸件的研发

摘    要:介绍了船用吊舱式电力推进系统支柱铸件的质量要求及应用环境。考虑到CO0980支柱铸件内部两腔不相连、大芯只有2个芯头的特点,使用了同材料熔合芯撑。采用无冒口铸造工艺,利用MAGMA软件进行充型模拟,确定平做立浇工艺;使用solidworks进行3D铸造工艺设计,调整铸件加工余量、添加铸件划线及加工支顶凸台。生产结果显示,CO0980支柱铸件完全满足顾客的质量规范要求。

Abstract:Quality requirement and application environment of the pillar casting used for the POD marine electric propulsion system was introduced. Considering that the two internal cavities of the casting were not connected with each other and the big core had only two prints, the chaplets were made of the same material as for the casting in order to make it easy to be melted into the casting.
