摘    要:将电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)技术应用于番茄酱中的无机元素分析,实现一次制样,同时测定番茄酱中13种食品安全相关元素含量。本文给出铅、镉、铬、汞、砷、锡、锌、铜、铁、锰、铝、镍、硒等13种元素的方法检出限为0.61~125.7μg/L,回收率为83.8%~112.5%,RSD值为0.3%~5.0%。该方法分析速度快、操作简单,方法检出限、精密度和线性范围均能满足出口番茄制品食品安全检测的相关要求。

Abstract:The method of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrum(ICP-MS) was firstly applied for the determination of 13 trace elements in tomato paste.It comes true, once preparation of sample,the 13 elements in tomato paste could be tested by ICP-MS synchronously.The limits of detection for method are 0.61~125.7μg/L ,the recoveries are 83.8%~112.5%,and the RSD are 0.3%~5.0%.The method was simple,fast and the limits of detection,precision,linear range of method can suffice the requirements for determination of food safety.
