提高氧化干燥机运行周期的探讨

摘    要:针对氧化干燥机运行过程中内压高、蒸汽列管结垢和入口堵塞等问题,论述了影响氧化干燥机长时间运行的因素。主要因素有:滤饼含湿量、滤饼中杂质含量、吹扫气流量、停留时间、滞留体积、出料旋转阀能力、蒸汽列管间距和加热板温度等。通过工艺优化,可以有效地提高氧化干燥机的运行时间,减少氧化干燥机的碱洗频率。

Study on prolonging the running-term of oxidation dryer
Abstract:According to the questions occurred in the oxidation dryer operation process such as high internal pressure,steam shell and tube fouling and inlet occlusion,the factors affected on the long time operation of oxidation dryer are described.The primary factors are filter cake moisture content,impurity content in cake,purge gas flow,residence time,hold up volume,the distance among steam tubes and the temperature of heater plate.By optimizing the process,the running term of oxidation dryer is prolonged,the alkali washing frequency of oxidation dryer is reduced. 
