| Abstract: | Based on the thermal stress conditions on SMT assembly some design principles of simulated samples for analyzing SMT soldered joint failure had been raised, and a kind of simplesample was recommended. By the sample, joint resistance could bemeasured during the thermal cycle test. The test results showedthat the sample form was reasonable and feasible. |
