摘    要:提出了一种用预测估计的方法对电力电子设备中的功率器件温度状态进行估计、预测和控制的方法 ,使其始终在安全温度范围工作 ,并通过参数控制的方法避免故障的出现 ,既保证了驱动系统的运行质量 ,又避免了功率器件的损坏 ,明显地提高了系统优化控制的水平

Abstract:This paper presents a method for predication, estimation and control of the state of power unit in power and electric equipment. Which use the method, the unit can always run in the safely temperature area, and then the malfunction can be avoided through the method of parameter control, so the running quality of the driving system can be guarantied, and the damage to the power unit can be prevented, and the optimized control level of the system would be improved.
