软开关弧焊逆变电源数字控制系统的设计

摘    要:给出了软开关弧焊逆变电源控制系统的硬件系统设计和软件系统设计.硬件系统以采用TMS320LF2407芯片为核心,围绕该芯片进行了包括采样电路、保护电路、DSP外围电路以及驱动放大电路的硬件电路设计.详细给出了一个单元的设计原理和具体电路;然后在整个硬件系统的基础上进行了软件系统设计;给出了详细的主程序和各中断服务程序流程图.最后根据上述原理,试制了一台逆变焊机.实验结果证明了该设计原理的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:This paper presents hardware and software design processes on control system of the soft-switching arc welding inverter power source.TMS320LF2407 is used as the core of the hardware systeln,around the chip the circuit is designed including sampling circuit,protection circuit,DSP external circuit and drive circuit,the design theory aud circuit modules are presented in detail.Then based on the entire hardware system the software systenl is designed and gives a detailed flowchart of the main program and the interrupt service routine.According to the final principle a inverting welder was developed.The experimental results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the design.
