活髓牙的激光牙齿漂白术临床应用体会

本文研究的目的是讨论激光漂白术对活髓牙漂白的临床效果和负作用。材料与方法：于双侧第二双尖牙放置像皮障以保护牙龈，在牙唇面涂上漂白凝胶，用氩离子激光照射，凝胶作为催化剂漂白牙釉质。结果：所有过程为两小时，无疼痛和其它不适。漂白效果明显，有3－5级的增白。结论：激光漂白疗程短，疗效明显，优于传统漂白方法。对长期饮咖啡、喝茶、抽烟等染色、四环素染色、增龄性黄牙等漂白疗效更佳。

Clinical analysis of laser tooth bleaching for vital color- stained teeth

Objective:The recent advent of laser tooth bleaching has revolutionized the treatment of many kinds of stained teeth.This study evaluated the clinical response and side effects during laser tooth bleaching in 612 patients.Material and Method:A rubber dam is placed over the teeth to protect the gum.Laser whitening procedure begins when patented gel is applied to the teeth.When argon laser energized,the gel acts as a catalyst to whiten the enamel.Result:All the procedure is accomplished in about two hours without pain or other discomfort.Conclusion:Laser whitening is far superior to traditional bleaching because dramatic results are achieved with just one treatment.Stains like coffee,tea,tobacco,darkening due to tetracycline and aging can be now treated with fantastic results.
