含苯酚的甲醇在电解银催化剂表面上的氧化工艺条件的研究

摘    要:本文将含苯酚甲醇溶液、空气和水蒸汽的混合气通入管式固定床反应器,在电解根催化剂表面上的氧化进行了研究。实验结果表明:苯酚和甲醇可以同步氧化,苯酚氧化为CO_2和H_2O,甲醇氧化为甲醛:反应温度升高对苯酚氧化有利,对甲醇氧化为甲醛的反应不利;在没有甲醇的存在下,苯酚较容易氧化生成CO_2和H_2O。

Abstract:In this paper, the continue catalytic oxidation of the mixture vapors of phenol and methanol in the presence of air on electrolytic metal silver in tube flowing fix-bed is studied. The experimental results show that the mixture vapors of phenol and methanol could synchronize oxidation into CO_2 H_2O and formaldehyde trespectively Increases with raising the temperature in fix-bed, organic vapors would oxidize into CO_2 and H_2O superior in numbers and the formaldehyde urn into one's opposite. It's shown clearly that under the conditions as eabove, The phenolic vapors is capable of reacting with air, alone.
