耐蚀装饰性锌—镍合金电镀工艺的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了采用锌—镍合金阳极,采用D-2组合光亮剂,在含氨的氯化物电解液中获得结合力良好、高耐蚀装饰性的含镍量为10~16%的锌—镍合金镀层的电解液配方及电镀工艺条件。

Abstract:A new electroplating solution formulation and its operating conditions are described. By using Zn-Ni alloy anode and D-2 mixing bright agent, an electroplated Zn-Ni alloy coating is formed. The coat ing has a nickel content of from 10 to 16%(wt)from a chloride bath containing ammonia. The coating has excellent anti-corrosion property, good decorative appearance and high adherent strength.
