广西低水头电站开发

摘    要:广西境内的三江一河拟采用梯级开发,其中下游河段由于受地形地质及淹没条件的约束,多采用低水头(20m以下)河床式开发,电站装机容量多属中型电站.这种类型电站的开发具有工程简单,淹没损失较少、综合利用效益大等很多有利条件,同时也存在一些制约因素可以通过水轮机制造、电站控制运用、水库淹没处理、通航建筑物投资分摊及优化枢纽总体布置等五个方面技术措施解决,对开发低水头水力资源具有促进作用.

Abstract:It is planned to build cascade developments on the Liujiang, Yujiang, Guijiang and Hongshui rivers in Guangxi. Due to constraints of topograhic and geologic conditions and inundated area in the middle and lower reaches of these rivers, most of proposed projects will be of low-head block type with medium-sized hydropower stations. Development of hydropower stations of this type has many advantages, such as: simple construction, less inundation loss and greater comprehensive benefits. However, there also exist constraint factors. These factors may be solved through technical measures in manufacture of turbines, control of hydropower station's operation, treatment of reservoir inundation, share of navigation structure investment and optimization of project's general layout. This will promote the development of low-head hydraulic resources.
