金属橡胶材料吸声性能的实验研究

摘    要:本文制作了孔隙率范围尽可能大的几种吸声用金属橡胶试件;通过实验方法研究了金属橡胶材料的吸声性能;对比分析了材料孔隙率和背腔空气层对吸声性能的影响;采用自制的实验装置测量了材料的流阻,给出了流阻随材料孔隙率变化的规律。

Experimental Research on Sound Absorption of Metal Rubber (MR)
Abstract:Metal rubber specimens for studying their sound absorption were manufactured in a wide range of porosity.The sound absorption performance of metal rubber material was investigated by an experimental method.The effects of porosity and air gap in the back on sound absorption have been analyzed for the MR material in a sort of fiber diameter.The flow resistivity of the material was tested with a set of self-made equipment and the rule that flow resistivity changes with the porosity is presented.
