中压加氢处理组合工艺生产高粘度指数润滑油基础油

摘    要:采用石油化工科学研究院中压加氢处理组合工艺和RL-1加氢处理催化剂,以中间石蜡基克拉玛依0号与石西混合原油减三、减四线馏分油为原料,经实验室中型试验装置和工业化试生产,得到润滑油基础油的粘度指数为106和98,较目前的“老三套”生产工艺分别提高16和21个单位。

Abstract:The commercial result of producing high viscosity index base oil by medium pressure hydrotreating using RL 1 catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was introduced. Lube base oils with viscosity indexes of 106 and 98 respectively were produced from the vacuum cut 3 and cut 4 of the mixed crude of Kramayi and Shixi by medium pressure hydrotreating combination process. In comparison with the traditional processes, the viscosity indexes of the said base oils were increased by 16 and 21 respectively.
