生物质能直燃发电厂综合自动控制技术

摘    要:以山东单县生物发电工程(灰杆燃料)和辽宁黑山生物发电工程(黄杆燃料)为背景,以提高我国生物质能发电厂运行效率及安全、经济运行水平为目的,提出了生物质能直燃发电厂综合自动化控制技术。该控制技术根据生物质发电厂燃烧过程中的过氧量调节风量及给料量,对生物质能直燃发电厂综合自动控制技术中的负荷控制、燃烧控制及给料控制等关键环节进行了详细设计,解决了生物质燃料热值不稳定、灰分中含有大量碱金属盐容易导致结焦和腐蚀等问题。单县及黑山生物质能发电厂的成功运行也证明该控制技术更加有利于提高生物质直燃发电厂的稳定、高效运行水平,有利于推动我国生物质大型直燃发电产业的发展。

Automatic Control Technology of Biomass Direct-Fired Power Plants

Abstract:Taking two biomass power generation projects in China as research background, i.e., the Shanxian biomass power generation project in Shandong Province which uses gray straw as biofuel and the Heishan biomass power generation project in Liaoning Province which uses yellow straw as biofuel, and for the purpose of improving operating efficiency as well as secure and economic operation level of biomass direct-fired power plants in China, a comprehensive automatic control technology for biomass direct-fired power plants is proposed. According to the peroxy coefficient during the burning of biofuel of biomass power plant the proposed control technology adjusts the air volume and biofuel volume. In the proposed control technology the key links in the comprehensive automatic control of biomass direct-fired power plant such as load control, burning control and biofuel feeding control are designed in detail to solve the problems of direct-fired biomass such as unstable calorific value as well as easy to cause clinkering and corrosion due to the high proportion of alkali metal salt in the ash. Successful operation of above-mentioned two biomass power generation projects shows that the steady and high efficient operation of biomass direct-fired power plant can be improved by the proposed automatic control technology.
