试论高等职业院校的图书馆建设

论述了高等职业院校图书馆建设的重要性和紧迫性，分析了高等职业院校图书馆的基本状况和特点。针对当前存在的问题，提出高等职业院校图书馆建设中主要应解决好十二个问题：提高对图书馆工作重要性的认识，加快图书馆现代化步伐，投入必要的资金，提高工作人员的专业素质，实现育人与服务的双重目的，摆正藏书与用书的关系，兼顾服务性与学术性的需要，处理好教学、科研需要与图书馆的关系，协调教师用书与学生用书的比重，掌握科技书籍与艺书籍的适当比例，调好图书馆与系科资料室的互补关系，满足读阅读需求和坚持正确阅读导向。

On Library Building in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

The paper discusses the importance and urgency of library building in higher vocational colleges and universities and analyzes the principle conditions and characteristics of the library.In accordance with the present existing problems,it puts forward twelve of them which should be resolved firstly,that is, promoting the cognition of the importance of library work,quickening the pace of library modernization,putting into necessary funds,improving library workers' professional qualities,realizing the double aims of education and service, coordinating the relationship between stored books and borrowed books, considering both service and academic research, successfully handling the relationship of teachers' books and students' books, controlling the appropriate ratios of science books and literary books, coordinating the mutual_supply relationship between library and information room of departments and offices, meeting the demand of readers' reading requirement and persisting in the correct reading guidance.
