| 摘 要： | 介绍了高炉煤气能量回收发电装置(TRT)检修中出现的技术难点及解决方法,总结了一套快速更换伺服作动器、承缸及安装后调试的技术,缩短了检修时间,降低了劳动强度,取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The technical difficulties in repair of the blast furnace TRT （top gas recovery turbine） unit and solutions are introduced in the paper. A technical method of quickly re-placing servo actuator and bearing cylinder and adjustment after installation was generalized from practice, which has shortened repairing period and reduced labour intensity achieving good economic result. |
