| Abstract: | As an important mode of university-enterprise cooperation, ＂order-based＂ talents training mode has been vigorously advocated. By using the SWOT analysis system, this paper analyzes the ＂order-based＂ training management mode in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the countermeasures to speed up the deep fusion of university-enterprise cooperation and innovate the ＂order-based＂ training mode. |
