高职院校建立招生与就业联动机制的探讨

With the increasingly acute contradictions in enrollment and employment in higher vocational colleges, the reform of the enrolhnent and employment system in higher vocational colleges has become an inevitable trend. Under the new situation, to establish the suitable enrollment and employment linkage mechanism will inevitably promote the healthy and sustainable development of the higher vocational colleges. Based on the status and relationship analysis, the author puts forward the strategy of the construction of enrollment and employment mechanism so as to enhance the employment ability of the higher vocational graduates, realize the high quality of graduates employment, set up the employment brand in higher vocational colleges and develop a benign interaction mechanism.
