烧结抽风机远程监测与诊断系统开发及应用

摘    要:提出了一种抽风机远程监测与诊断系统的体系结构,该结构采用混合通信方式、不同规范集成的分布式模型,实现了异构系统间的数据传输与集成。分析了实现远程诊断资源共享等的技术关键并提出了实施方案。该体系结构主要功能已经在某烧结厂抽风机上成功应用,结果表明该系统具有良好的跨平台性、可扩展性、实时性和可靠性。

Abstract:Architecture of remote monitoring and diagnosis system for sintering suction fan is proposed, It adopts a distributed model which has the mix communication style and the integrations of different standard; it realizes the data transmission and integrations among isomate systems. The key techniques to realize the remote diagnosis resources sharing and operational scheme are discussed. The main function of the architecture has been realized in the suction fan of some sintering plant. The application shows that the system has good across-platform, expandability, real-time ability and reliability.
