旧沥青路面再生利用技术概述

摘    要:首先介绍了国内外旧沥青路面再生技术研究现状。通过沥青再生机理的分析,为沥青路面再生技术的可行性和再生思路提供了理论依据。以此为基础,进而较为详细地论述了沥青路面再生工程的一系列技术措施,包括旧沥青混合料性能评价、再生沥青配合比设计方法及施工工艺。通过介绍不同施工工艺的特点和应用实例,为沥青路面再生工程施工工艺的合理选择提供了有利参考,期望对我国沥青路面再生技术的研究、应用和推广提供一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Firstly,the current development of the technologies for recycling of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) in China and abroad is introduced in this study.The theoretic evidence is supplied for the feasibility and means of the recycling technology for RAP by analyzing the aged asphalt recycling mechanism.On the basis of it,a series of recycling processes for RAP are stated in detail,including the performance assessment of RAP,mix design and construction techniques of recycling asphalt mixture.The traits and actual example of different construction techniques for RAP supplied a good consultation for its reasonable choice.All of them would play a role in the research,application and spread of the recycling technologies for RAP in China.
