步进电动机原理及其驱动电路研究

摘    要:步进电机是一种纯粹的数字控制电动机,又称为阶跃电机或脉,中电机。是一种受电脉冲信号控制的无刷式直流电动机.也可以看作是在一定频率范围内转速与控制脉冲频率同步的同步电动机。它能将输入电脉冲信号转换成机械的运动量加以输出。每一个主令脉冲都可以使步进电机的转轴前进一个步距角,并依靠它特有的定位转矩将转轴准确地锁定在空间位置上,在实际工程中有着广泛的应用,文章主要探讨了步进电动机原理及其驱动电路的特点。

Abstract:The stepper motor is a pure digital control of motors, also known as a step motor or pulse motor. Is an electrical pulse signal controlled by the brushless DC motor, it can be seen as a certain frequency range, speed and control of pulse frequency synchronization synchronous motor. It will be the input pulse signal to be converted into mechanical output of the exercise. Each pulse can be a Master stepper motor shaft to move a step angle and rely on its unique positioning shaft torque will be accurately locked position in space, in the actual project has a wide range of applications, the article mainly discusses the stepper motor drive circuit principle and its characteristics.
