摘    要:航运企业具有规模巨大、分支广泛、信息数据海量的特点。为了解决在IT服务过程中面临的挑战和存在的问题,企业需要根据自身特点,按照确定愿景目标、评估现状、确定目标与范围、设计与实施、持续改进这5个步骤建立一套IT服务管理体系,并在相应的基于ITILV3的IT服务管理平台支撑下,按照初期、中期、远期三个阶段循序渐近地实施和持续改进。

Abstract:Shipping enterprise has the characteristics of large scale, wide branch and magnanimous information data. In order to solve the challenges faced and the problems existing during the period of IT service providing, enterprise needs to establish an IT service management system based on its own characters, following the five steps: setting the vison, evaluating the status, setting the target and the scope, design and implementiation, continuous improvement, and with the support of IT service management platform which base on ITIL V3, proceeding and improving gradually in three phases including prophase, metaphase, forward.
