| 摘 要： | 从立法管理、行政管理和资金来源角度对国内外工业遗产保护管理体制现状进行比较和研究分析,认为我国在融入工业遗产保护国际化体系中应结合自身特点,借鉴国外先进经验,构建合理的以保护法为核心的遗产政策和法律环境,选择恰当的行政管理模式,建立完善的资金保障机制,以此改善和建立有效的工业遗产管理体制。
