| 摘 要： | 通过对上海11.15火灾事故的原因分析,进而对我国建筑外墙保温现状进行了梳理,对应该怎样有效杜绝此类事件再次发生,何种形式的外墙保温才算是行之有效地科学节能改造,提出自己的一些看法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reason of Shanghai fire on Nov.15,2010 and further sorts out current status of exterior walls' insulation in China.This paper also proposes the opinion on how to avoid this kind of disaster that will happen again and what kind of exterior walls' insulation can effectively and scientifically save the resource and do energy-saving reform. |
