关于双角钢十字组合型截面的填板设计方法探讨

摘    要:铁塔中实腹式组合角钢构件在两节点间需设置填板,在DL/T 5154-2002《架空送电线路杆结构设计技术规定》、GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》中,仅简要提出了填板设置的构造要求,而对填板及其连接螺栓的设计计算、具体布置方式均未作详细说明,设计时往往根据经验进行设计。采用试验研究和有限元分析两种方法,通过填板位置和方向的不同来研究填板在组合角钢中所起的作用,以探索填板的设计方法。

Abstract:Assembly angle iron with solid member need set plates between two nodes in the steel tower.Only some construction requirement about setting plates is put forward in current standard such as: Aerial Transmission Line Road Post Tower Structure Design(DL/T 5154-2003) and Design Code for the Steel Structures(GB 50017-2003),but these standards haven't given any specify about design calculation of the plates and connecting bolts,and also the specific arrangement mode,so the design is often based on the experience...
