考虑撬力作用影响的法兰连接节点抗弯承载性能参数分析

摘    要:法兰连接节点在弯矩作用下将产生撬力作用。为得到撬力作用的关键影响参数,针对法兰连接节点的4种基本形式,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对法兰连接节点抗弯承载性能进行分析,着重考虑影响节点受拉区域撬力作用的各种因素。分析发现,法兰盘厚度、法兰盘内外径之比、管径与螺栓内边距之比等参数的变化对撬力作用影响较大,为撬力作用的控制...
