摘    要:笔者结合LW15-252型断路器运行中出现的问题,对气动操作机构低温运行特点进行了总结,在此基础上对机构箱的加热保温措施进行了研究.文中分析了采用传统保温措施后SF6气体密度检测失真的原因,设计了一套由保温被、半导体加热器等组成的机构箱加热、保温系统,确保了操作机构冬季运行平稳,也为采用气动操作机构的其他断路器的运行维...

Abstract:According to the problem occurred in the operation of LW15-252 circuit breaker,this paper summarized the low-temperature features of the pneumatic operating mechanism,and studies its heat preservation measures in winter.This paper analyzed the reasons of inaccurate measurement of SF6 density when the mechanism case was in traditional heat preservation measures,and then presented a warming and heat-preserving system composed of insulating cover and semiconductor heater for the mechanism case.The application ...
