安全壳极限承载力中预应力的数值模拟

摘    要:某核电厂的安全壳采用了预应力混凝土结构,其中预应力钢束布置形式比较复杂。结合安全壳结构极限承载力项目,根据安全壳预应力钢束的特殊布置形式,对钢束的几何形状进行研究,推导出了钢束的空间几何曲线方程,采用MATLAB对预应力钢束进行了数值计算,完成了ABAQUS有限元模型中钢束的定位和建模工作,计算每根钢束各个位置的预应力值,并完成了加载工作。通过已有的数据可以验证,钢束定位和预应力计算结果具有较高的精度。所述的方法对于安全壳的预应力设计和施工也有较大的指导意义。
