硬化水泥净浆纳米划擦行为的荷载效应评价

摘    要:采用纳米划痕技术研究了硬化纯水泥熟料净浆在划擦过程的弹、塑性变形和摩擦特性,并着重讨论了不同荷载的影响。结果表明:综合压头压入深度、摩擦因数及弹性恢复率能够有效地对未水化熟料颗粒相和水化产物相进行区别和分析;当荷载低于5mN时,材料主要发生弹性变形,以界面摩擦为主;荷载提高至8mN后,水化产物相逐步以塑性变形为主,并产...
