Abstract:The Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal doped with MgO of 0 and 3%(in mass,the same below),RuO2 of 0.09% and Fe2O3 of 0.03% was synthesized by the Czochralski method.The light-exciting carriers and photorefractive holographic storage properties of the Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal was examined using Kr+ laser(476 nm) and He-Ne laser(633 nm) as light sources.The results indicate that the holes are the dominant charge carriers under blue light irradiation with 476 nm,and the electrons are the dominant charge carriers under red...
