高速气缸缓冲腔系统缓冲能力研究

摘    要:对高速气缸缓冲腔系统的缓冲能力进行了深入的理论分析.针对活塞基准速度为2 m/s、速度波动10%的高速气缸,通过对缓冲腔系统输入能量和输出能量的仿真研究和实验研究,从中获得了缓冲腔系统缓冲能力相对缓冲行程、活塞速度、驱动质量变化的规律性认识,为研制对高速气缸活塞速度变化有自适应能力的压力反馈式缓冲阀奠定了必要的理论基础.

Abstract:The cushion capacity of cushion chamber system for high speed cylinder is thoroughly and theoretically analyzed. In view of high speed cylinder with the datum speed of piston 2m/s, the fluctuation of speed 10%, the regularity on cushion capacity of cushion chamber system relative to damping length, piston speed and variation of actuation mass is obtained by the simulation and experiment study of cushion chamber system input and output energy. It is the essential and theoretical basis for developing cushion valve with the pressure feedback having auto-adapted ability to piston speed change of high speed cylinder.
