水平埋刮板输送机刮板链条受力浅析及最大静张力计算初探

摘    要:调查发现国产的水平埋刮板输送机配套电机功率明显高于国外同类型产品。在自美国引进的水平埋刮板输送机配套电机功率及其它参数的基础上,根据有关参考文献导出了水平埋刮板输送机最大静张力计算公式,进而确定的电机功率与美国同类型水平埋刮板输送机配套电机功率非常接近。该式如经验证后得到应用,可使国内相关类型的水平埋刮板输送机配套电机功率下降30%以上。

Abstract:The forming complete sets of electrical machinery power of the leveling scraper transporter made in China is obviously higher than that of foreign same product.According to relevant articles,the calculating equation of the greatest static tension for leveling scraper transporter was led off,basing on the forming complete sets of electrical machinery power for leveling scraper transporter imported by America and some parameters,then proceed to determine the power of the electrical machinery very close to that of American same product.If the equation is proved,it may be used,however,it may makes the forming complete sets of electrical machinery power of domestic same leveling scraper transporter to reduce 30% and over.
