摘    要:在红外扫描设备中,采用多极旋转变压——数字转换器测角技术以提高扫描镜的位置测量精度。通过分析粗、精轴角数据组合误差产生的原因,提出一种基于FPGA器件的技术方案实现多极旋转变压器粗、精数据采集控制、组合与纠错。板卡采用DS26LS32芯片完成伺服系统轴角数据实时采集与处理。该采集卡各轴角测量值精确、运行稳定,目前已成功应用于红外扫描设备检测系统。

Abstract:High precise angular measurement technology, based on multi-pole resolver to digital converter (RDC), is adopted to improve the accuracy of high-precision measurement of scanning mirror position in infrared device. By analyzing the coarse-fine code combination error, a new method based on FPGA is introduced to implement coarse-fine code acquisition, combination and error-correction of multi-pole resolver. Angle data of servo system is acquired and processed simultaneously by DS26LS32 chipset. The angle data measurement of this card is accuracy and stable. Now the instrument is used in testing system of infrared scanner device.
