| 摘 要： | 报导了最新开发的集成光波导器件的计算机辅助设计软件─—IOCAD2，它是一个采用复折射率矢量束传播分析方法的三维模拟分析软件。本文介绍了它的功能、特点、使用方法以及适用条件，并且以SLD直条形波导吸收区为例进行了模拟，得到了很好的模拟结果。

| Abstract: | IOCAD2, a new CAD software for integrated optical waveguide device, is reported in this paper. IOCAD2 is a three-dimensional simulating software which adopts the VBMP method with complex reflectivity. Its function, characteristic, usage and limited condition are presented. Take the SLD with absorption region for example, the device is simulated and the good simulating results are obtained. |
