| 摘 要： | 提出用于水利项目投资决策的方法——多目标决策灰色关联投影法，介绍了该方法的基本原理，建立了综合考虑多种因素的水利项目投资决策的多目标决策灰色关联投影模型，并用实例加以说明，所得结果与模糊评判法的评价结果基本相同，而且符合水利项目投资决策的实际情况，说明该方法用于水利项目投资决策是有效的。 |

| Abstract: | The method for synthetically evaluation of hydraulic project investment and decision-making is presented. Multi-criteria decision grey relation projection model is applied and its basic theory is introduced. Meanwhile some factors are taken into account and an example is given. The result is similar to that of the fuzzy judging method, which is available to decide hydro-engineering investment and decision-making. |
