| 摘 要： | 本文按照Flexsim建立生产线模型的步骤,首先建立了冲压机器关系的ESHLEP-N模型;然后研究了冲压线的ESHLEP-N模型中的库所、变迁、规则与Flexsim对象模型的接口技术,在建立Flexsim模型中,分析了用Flexsim的对象实现冲压模具的换模过程,最后实现了冲压线的Flexsim的建模。

| Abstract: | According to the steps of building product line using Flexsim,this paper builds the ESHLEP-N model of pressing machines at first,then studies the interface technology between the token,transition,rule in ESHLEP-N model of pressing machines.In the building Flexsim model,it analyzes the changing mould process using objects of Flexsim.Finally,It completes the Flexsim models of pressing line. |
