摘    要:通过对比分析AP1000和CPR1000机型反应堆压力容器(简称RPV)的设计结构差异,结合东方电气(广州)重型机器有限公司制造水平,提出AP1000RPV制造关键点及难点的解决方案,并为第3代RPV设备的国产化提出一些参考建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces the differences of design structure and technical requirement of AP1000 and CPR1000 Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV). According to the manufacturing level of the company, the paper describes difficulties that may be encountered in manufacturing of RPV, along with the solutions of thereto and some suggestions of its manufacturing by China.
