摘    要:叙述了焊接温度场检测系统的焊接温度场灰度图像的获取,简述小波变换用于检测边缘的原理,论述了小波变换在焊接温度场灰度图像中识剐焊缝位置的具体方法。研究结果证明:该焊缝识剐的方法优于传统的检测方法,具有更好的去噪性能,可以准确地识别焊缝的位置。

Abstract:The thermal grey image captured by the dynamic detection system and the principle for detecting the image edge are introduced based on the wavelet transform. The realizing method is investigated based on the wavelet transform to recognize the welding seam on the welding temperature field image. Results prove that the recognition method is better than the traditional edge detection method in the application of the welding seam. The method has a better denoising performance and can precisely recognize the welding seam.
